Q: How much energy will the panels on my roof really produce?
A: It will offset 100% of your usage. Our experts design your system to cover as much usage as possible.
Q: How many panels do I actually need? Where would they go?
A: This is all dependent on your usage needs. We size the system and output required to offset your utility bill..
Q: Can’t you just give me a quote over the phone?
A: We certainly can. However we are extremely limited. We need information to put together a tailored proposal. From there, we can do all the work for you and build a preliminary design and quote.
Q: Could you make it look as aesthetic? Are there any examples of other homes with panels already installed? Can you move the panels to the other side of the roof?
A: Absolutely! Our team is well equipped with creating a custom design for you so that your home maintains your desired aesthetic. We can adjust the design according to your preferences. Q: ALL this sounds great, but it seems too good to be true. Like, c’mon, free solar? What’s the catch?
A: There is no catch. That's how the program is designed for the home owner, including great tax
incentives and no money out of pocket through our monthly financing options.
Q: What are the downsides of switching to solar?
A: There aren’t any. The only downsides come with not switching to solar. You will continue to pay high electric bills, get charged for public benefits and surcharges, get juiced from the content yearly rate hikes, and paying an unpredictable bill each month.
Q: How much would it actually save me on my electric bills?
A: The typical home owner saves about $50,000 - $450,000 over 30 years by switching to solar.
Q: How much do solar panels cost?
A: This is catered to your system size if you prefer to lease, loan or buy outright.
Q: What if I need a new roof or my roof isnt healthy enough for solar panels?
A: Our engineers always conduct a site survey to check the health of your roof and viability of the project. We can replace your roof for you and help you cash in on the energy incentives with the roof cost. 100% of the time, your monthly will ALWAYS be lower than your electric bill even with the new roof! We are extremely competitive with our rates. If you have a roofer you'd like to use personally, we can coordinate the job with them to make everything seamless for you.
Q: What if I have too many trees?
A: If necessary, we include tree removal into your proposal at no cost to you! One of our favorite things to do as a courtesy to our clients.
Q: What types of roofs are you able to install panels on?
A: We work on all roofs. Asphalt, metal, cedar shake, slate etc.
Q: Do you have panels that look like shingles?
A: Yes! We offer TESLA Solar Roofs as well along with backup battery options.

One of the biggest reasons people go solar is to save money on their electricity bills. A key concept in solar savings is solar offset—but it’s often misunderstood.

✅ What Is Solar Offset?
Solar offset is the percentage of your home’s electricity usage that your solar panels cover over the course of a year.
It’s calculated as:
Annual Solar Production (kWh) ÷ Annual Electricity Usage (kWh) = Solar Offset
Multiply that number by 100 to get a percentage.
Example:

Your panels produce 10,000 kWh/year

Your home uses 9,500 kWh/year

10,000 ÷ 9,500 = 1.05 → or 105% solar offset
A 100% solar offset means you’re producing just as much electricity as you consume on an annual basis.
🤔 Should You Aim for 100% Solar Offset?

Here’s a few things to keep in mind:

In the summer, you generate more than you use and may export excess power to the grid.

In the winter, you use more than you generate and pull power from the grid.
